By placing an order on this store you agree to the following terms. UCAN ATV Spare Parts is operated by Hangzhou UCAN Trading Co., Ltd., Room 1204, East Building 2, West City Best Space, No.158 Zixuan Road, Hangzhou, China.

Aftermarket Parts Disclosure

UCAN ATV Spare Parts (operated by Hangzhou UCAN Trading Co., Ltd.) is an independent aftermarket supplier of CVT clutch systems and powersports components. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM), including but not limited to CFMOTO, Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Hisun, Segway, Linhai, John Deere, ODES or TGB. All manufacturer names, symbols and descriptions are used for reference and fitment identification only. OEM numbers are cited solely to verify compatibility.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

UCAN products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The following are expressly excluded:

  • Normal wear items — friction discs, weights/rollers, springs, seals and other components subject to natural wear;
  • Improper installation — damage caused by incorrect installation, wrong tools, or failure to follow published torque specifications and installation instructions;
  • Race/competition use — parts used in racing, timed competition or any usage beyond the vehicle manufacturer's intended operating envelope;
  • Out-of-fitment use — installation on vehicles outside the published fitment table, or in combination with non-matching engine/clutch modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCAN's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. UCAN is not liable for consequential damages, vehicle downtime, towing, labor or third-party repair costs.

Warranty Claims Process

  1. Contact info@ucanindustry.com with your order number, photos/video of the part installed, and a description of the issue.
  2. Our technical team responds within 2 business days with a diagnosis or an RMA number.
  3. Approved claims are replaced or refunded free of charge; return shipping for defective parts is covered by UCAN.

Fitment & Installation

Buyers are responsible for verifying fitment using the published fitment table and OEM cross-reference before purchase. If in doubt, contact us with your vehicle model, year and engine code — we confirm compatibility before you buy. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hangzhou. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
