30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for parts that are unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Email info@ucanindustry.com with your order number to request an RMA. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
- Electrical components (CDI, ECU, rectifiers, coils) that have been installed are not returnable.
- Special-order items are final sale.
Warranty Claims Process
- Contact info@ucanindustry.com with your order number, photos/video of the part installed, and a description of the issue.
- Our technical team responds within 2 business days with a diagnosis or an RMA number.
- Approved claims are replaced or refunded free of charge; return shipping for defective parts is covered by UCAN.
